Christmas Festive Postal Operating & Customer Service Hours.

Due to increased demand on the postal network over the Christmas holidays, there will be delays with test samples being returned to us.

Royal Mail will not deliver to the Laboratory on the following days:

1. Any Sunday

2. Limited Collections/deliveries 24th December 2021

3. 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th & 29th December 2021

4. Limited Collections/deliveries 31st December 2021

5. 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th January 2022

This means samples will not be received on these days and will not be processed until the following delivery date at the earliest.

We appreciate any frustration this may have caused to your travel plans/ requirements for Covid testing; however, this is a nationwide closure and beyond our control and due to the very short notice information received from our partner laboratories alongside DPD & Royal Mail – we are not able to offer our full service, therefore our cut off for last delivery/arrival will be Sunday 19th December 2021, therefore, if you have already booked beyond this date, unfortunately, we would not be able to fulfil our full services of having your samples tested and reported via the laboratory within our usual time frame.

You are not required to contact us again at this time, If these dates effect you, we will be taking appropriate measures to cancel and refund your bookings back to your original method of payment – this process will begin on Friday 17th December 2021.
